Who is this session for?

You're a woman balancing ambitions and ADHD, anxiety or symptoms of those. You have drive and passion but can feel overwhelmed and overthink the way forward. You need a fresh new way to approach things, and a co-captain to help you get there.

2. How do you work with clients? My clients call me a dream designer, navigator or co-pilot. I am a changeneer: I offer the tangible support, structure and systems that helps women embrace the changes they seek. Through coaching and consulting, I help my clients change, achieve more and grow into their goals.

3. What kinds of solutions exist after this session? I work as a coach and consultant with a small number of clients on a retainer basis. In addition, I teach and facilitate small groups who are on twin paths of growth and change. I can act a creative director of visibility campaigns, conceptualize and create brands, imagine and design products and services and PR and marketing strategies to grow these.

3. How much is this session? This is an initial, complimentary session designed to help women who are serious about finding their way forward personally and professionally, with the right professional support. At the end of the session, we'll discuss a working relationship if appropriate.
